Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist for Hospital Patient Monitoring Solutions
Job Description: We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support our Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions in the Iberian market. Your role will involve building business plans that cater to customer needs, driving sales efforts, and working closely with all direct and indirect channels in the territory. You will be responsible for managing the territory funnel in Salesforce, accurately forecasting using metrics, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, you will research target opportunities, generate account leads, develop long-term relationships with key influencers, and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business plans that support customer needs and drive sales efforts
- Manage the territory funnel in Salesforce
- Accurately forecast using metrics and achieve sales goals
- Research target opportunities and generate account leads
- Develop long-term relationships with key influencers
- Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation
- Maximize the customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient 'One Philips' approach
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department
- Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings
- Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns
- Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions products
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results
