Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist for Hospital Patient Monitoring

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to join our team at Philips. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a business plan that supports customer needs and drives sales efforts for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a territory funnel in Salesforce, accurately forecasting and achieving sales goals.
• Research target opportunities and generate account leads.
• Develop long-term relationships with key influencers and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs.
• Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation, ensuring expectations are met by managing customer feedback.

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
• Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective.
• Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns.
• Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions products.
