CRM Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead both our B2B and B2C CRM teams, reporting directly to the Head of CRM. This role involves enhancing senior B2B CRM capabilities, building the B2C CRM team from scratch, and aligning B2B2C strategies to drive sustainable growth across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will take ownership of our CRM strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring seamless integration, impactful campaigns, and data-driven decision-making.
- B2B Team: Lead and support the Senior B2B CRM Strategist and the B2B Specialist in implementing CRM strategies, focusing on improving customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- B2C Team: Build the B2C CRM strategy from scratch for the specialist pet food retail and grocery channels, developing initiatives to attract new consumers and transform users into loyal customers.
You will also be responsible for managing multichannel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions, as well as collaborating with Data Analysts to leverage insights and improve decision-making.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in managing CRM for both B2B and B2C channels, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and data analytics requirements.
You should also possess exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English (fluency in French or Italian is a plus).
