Our Digital Grid Management software suite, including OSI products, enables power and utilities companies to achieve superior real-time control and management of complex energy networks.

The Proposal and Contract Manager is responsible for organizing, authoring, and presenting customer-facing responses, including budgetary quotes, requests for information, proposals, market assessments, and contracts. This role serves as a liaison between Sales Managers, Executive Management, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and potential customers.

Your Impact:
You will define the approach, maintain ownership, and accountability for the schedule. Align business positions with corporate objectives, ensure quality deliverables, and manage full authorization and approval of the final customer-facing package. Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales Management, Product Management, and Executive Management to determine approaches and prepare proposals and contract documents.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and understand RFPs from nationwide and worldwide AspenTech customers. Ensure financial details for each proposal/contract follow AspenTech's needs for Banking, Legal, Security, Development, Business/Commercial Terms and Conditions. Act as primary point of contact with internal and external customers to provide support, administrative, and organizational services regarding proposals and contracts.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field. Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

About You:
Fluency in English is required; any additional language proficiency is desirable, particularly in Turkish, Arabic, or other Middle Eastern languages. Experience in an international business environment and the ability to work with customers, coworkers, partners in different countries, cultures, time zones, and work styles are essential.
