We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and onboarding to European customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for technical support to gain valuable experience and grow within the organization. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software programs and prior experience with SaaS products is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Learn and master Zoho's suite of SaaS products to become a product expert.
  2. Assist European customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance and managing onboarding.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  5. Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation.
Requirements
  1. Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish Language (both written and verbal).
  2. Basic understanding of software programs; prior experience with SaaS products is an advantage.
  3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product features.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Comfortable working in an office environment.
