About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to lead our North American market expansion. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will drive business growth by identifying, sourcing, and closing new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Position Agorapulse's software value with medium-sized businesses using the Inbound methodology.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them learn how Agorapulse can grow their business impact from social media.
  • Identify and prospect into good fit accounts that may or may not have Agorapulse knowledge or experience.
  • Manage a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Agorapulse can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
  • Closely partner with the marketing department to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
Requirements
  • Over 2 years of full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing new business.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with a proactive approach to attracting new clients through varied outbound methods.
  • An open mindset focused on persistence, resilience, and being highly coachable.
  • The ability to work autonomously while effectively communicating with internal teams remotely.
  • A positive outlook, a growth mindset, and taking full responsibility for both successes and failures.
