About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Partnership Team as a Partnership Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our affiliate and marketing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of a strategy to grow affiliate and marketing partners
- Support partners in improving results, providing commercial advice on performance optimization
- Identify new potential partners and optimize existing partnerships
- Support loyalty partners with their loyalty programs and campaigns
- Assist the team with internal processes and implementation improvements
- Support the team in exceeding sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Spanish university
- Available for a period of 5 to 6 months, full-time
- Proficient in English; other languages like Spanish, Italian, and/or French are a plus
- Goal-oriented and sales-minded personality
- Able to work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
