About the Job

Job Squad is seeking a highly skilled Finnish Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle management strategies to engage customers from initial contact to retention and renewal initiatives.
  • Lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success with small and medium businesses across industries.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.
Requirements
  • Native-level Finnish language skills and fluency in English (B2).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management.
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
  • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
