- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Native-level Finnish language skills and fluency in English (B2)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions is preferred
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred
