Customer Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead to purchase, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving cloud solution sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process from lead to purchase, acting as the main contact for customers and leading the sales strategy.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to identify their needs and propose solutions using leading cloud technologies.
  • Provide an outstanding customer engagement experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving cloud solution sales.
  • Present competitive solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, communicating effectively to help customers understand how they can capture value with Microsoft technologies.
  • Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and build a revenue pipeline using criteria like BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  • Exceed net-new revenue and sales pipeline targets, including contacting 200 leads and generating 30 opportunities per month.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; a BA or 4-year degree is preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success; a minimum of 1 year of IT industry experience and 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience is required.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling solutions like Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification in Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps is a plus.
