Job Title: Customer Lifecycle Manager

Join TOPTALENT as a Customer Lifecycle Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong sales and customer management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through strategic sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop sales plans that meet customer needs.
  • Utilize modern sales techniques and tools to effectively communicate with customers and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, accurately forecasting sales and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience and 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
