The Role: As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you'll be a key player in our customer-facing team, responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle management. This involves engaging customers from initial contact to retention and renewal initiatives, maintaining and developing our loyal customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
  2. Sales Strategy: Lead sales efforts, overcome objections, and negotiate success.
  3. Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with small and medium businesses to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with our leading cloud technologies.
  4. Competitive Positioning: Position our offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  5. Value Demonstration: Show customers how to capture value and envision their future with our technologies.
  6. Lead Conversion: Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
  7. Cross-Channel Engagement: Leverage various channels to reach, sell to, and manage customers.
  8. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.

Your Qualifications:

  1. You speak and write Finnish at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
  2. A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management is required.
  3. Minimum 1 year IT industry experience is required.
  4. You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  5. Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred.
  6. Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
