Norwegian Customer Lifecycle Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle management strategies to engage customers from the first point of contact to retention and renewal initiatives.
- Lead sales strategies, overcome objections, and negotiate success with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
- Leverage various communication channels to reach, sell to, and manage customers.
- Native-level Norwegian language skills and fluency in English (B2).
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management.
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
