Job Squad is seeking a highly skilled Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage customers throughout their lifecycle, from initial contact to retention and renewal initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
- Lead sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements**
- Native-level fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English (B2)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred
