The Role: As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle management strategies, ensuring seamless engagement and retention.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success, ensuring customers achieve their goals with our solutions.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Engage with small and medium businesses to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with our leading cloud technologies.
- Competitive Offerings: Position our solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, demonstrating value and envisioning their future with our technologies.
- Lead Conversion: Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
- Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business, ensuring their voice is heard and valued.
Your Qualifications:
- You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management.
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
- You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions is preferred.
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
