Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Lifecycle Manager to oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention rates.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Monitoring customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with our products.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Dutch language skills with a B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
