We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on sales account management or customer management
  • Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and tools
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions, such as Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
