Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Solera Center Of Excellence. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring the stability and consistency of our technology platforms, and driving innovation in our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Support: Provide timely and effective support to our end-users, resolving software and hardware issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Technology Platforms: Support and maintain our office technology platforms, including wireless and wired networks, conference room technology, automation systems, and AV streaming technology.
  • Asset Management: Collaborate with our Asset Lifecycle Team to manage our IT assets, ensuring they are properly configured, maintained, and disposed of.
  • Endpoint Management: Leverage Intune to manage our endpoints, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with our security policies.
  • Vendor Management: Work with our vendors to resolve issues, implement new technologies, and ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our IT services, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in the market.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in MacOS and IOS support in a corporate environment, and minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows support in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Mac and PC hardware, IOS and Android devices, and related accessories. Proficiency in the full Office365 suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams conferencing. Experience with Intune, Azure AD, AD on-prem, Exchange, Jira, AD Manager, and Atlassian Tool Set.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work at all levels within the company, build relationships, and earn trust. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
