About the Role
Solera is a global leader in data and software services, and we're seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring devices, and resolving network connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with the Asset Lifecycle Team to manage IT assets, including deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MacOS and IOS support in a corporate environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows support in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mac and PC hardware, IOS hardware, and related accessories.
- Familiarity with Office365, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
