About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT support to our employees, ensuring seamless technology experiences across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, resolving software and hardware issues, and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Lifecycle Team to optimize asset management and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software and technologies, including Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Participate in ISO/SOX/SOC Security Audits to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Document procedures and processes to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of MacOS and IOS support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of Windows support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong experience with the full Office 365 suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work at all levels, manage multiple priorities, and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Local to the office in Westlake, with the ability to travel at short notice when required.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Intune, Azure AD, AD on-prem, Exchange, Jira, AD Manager, and Atlassian Tool Set.
  • ITAM experience and knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint troubleshooting.
  • Network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
