Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Green Eagle Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 phone and email support to customers, responding to their queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Escalate customer requests and incidents to the next level for resolution when necessary, monitoring these cases to ensure resolution within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Identify customer needs and provide guidance on using specific features to enhance their experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, updating our internal teams with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Monitor server status to identify opportunities to improve performance and execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum performance and minimize incidents.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience when handling tough cases or customers, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written), with a minimum level of C1.
  • Availability to work in rotating overnight shifts.

Desired Skills:

  • Technical degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience in the administration and troubleshooting of industrial communication protocols, OS management, databases, data analytics, and SCADA systems.
  • Experience in the energy sector, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry.
