We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Featherstone Sourcing. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
Requirements:
  • C2 level (written and spoken) in Spanish
  • B2 level (training provided in English)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
  • 1 to 2 years experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
