Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Featherstone Sourcing. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
- C2 level (written and spoken) in Spanish
- B2 level (training provided in English)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
- €1045 base salary with a 10% monthly performance bonus
- Relocation package to Greece (we cover your flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, assistance in finding an apartment)
