About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Experience Revolution Area, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Customer-Centric Solutions: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive business results.
  2. Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve customer engagement and drive business growth.
  3. Manage Product Development: Oversee the development and launch of new products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  4. Enhance User Experience: Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
  5. Translate Business Needs into Requirements: Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Master's or Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
  2. 4+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in customer experience, digital transformation, or product development.
  3. Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Passionate about Innovation: A passion for innovation and a willingness to think outside the box to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver results.
