We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into delivery requirements, working closely with IT teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer dynamics, industry trends, and bank operations to inform product design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct customer research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of customer experience strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. product design, business administration, marketing).
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in product design or a related field.
- Proven track record of translating business needs into delivery requirements and working effectively with IT teams.
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics, industry trends, and bank operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven solutions.
