Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and Executing Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at converting, retaining, and expanding our user base, reducing churn, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Automation and Experimentation: Develop and manage end-to-end experiments and automated flows, from ideation and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer.
  • Integrating Marketing Efforts: Integrate customer marketing efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Channel Expansion: Leverage channels beyond email to retain and grow our customer base.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement in customer communication and engagement.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the progress of customer marketing campaign performance.
  • Best Practices Development: Develop and distribute email best practices to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in Email Marketing: 5+ years of experience in email marketing with demonstrated knowledge of email best practices including deliverability, personalization, subject lines, reporting, send time optimization, etc.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
  • Customer Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in customer marketing in a B2B SaaS environment developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Experimental and Analytical Mindset: Strong experimental and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Team Management: Proven track record in managing and growing a motivated customer marketing team.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Customer-Centric Marketing: Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
