Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Engagement Strategist to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing online communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic Online Communication Plans: Create and implement a comprehensive online customer communication strategy that aligns with our overall customer experience and business goals.
  2. Channel Optimization: Identify and prioritize communication channels (website, email, social media, mobile, chat) to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Digital Content Management: Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of digital content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  4. Targeted Communication Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of online communication strategies and campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports on communication performance and customer engagement trends.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and IT teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies and seamless execution.
  8. Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest digital communication trends, tools, and technologies to enhance our online presence.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of international experience in digital communications with a strong background in online customer engagement.
  3. Track Record: A proven track record of developing and implementing successful online communication strategies.
  4. Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platform development and maintenance, including content management systems, social media, and email marketing.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  7. Security and Compliance: Knowledge and experience in managing secure and unsecure messaging for customer communications.
  8. Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and regions.
