Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth and revenue generation, and providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Client Strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve success using Deel's platform.
  2. Build Client Relationships: Foster deep and trusting relationships with clients, identifying their pain points and providing solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer expert advice on operational and product-related issues, helping clients to optimize their use of Deel's platform and achieve their business objectives.
