As a Customer Success Security Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving leading-edge technology solutions with our customers, deploying and working on the latest solutions with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to empower teams and ensure customers get the best value from their Microsoft Security investments.
  • Lead the team to be a proactive, agile, and responsive point of contact for the customer, and be an effective technical Voice of the Customer inside Microsoft.
  • Establish a culture that grows account references, advocacy, and loyalty for the CSA practice by maintaining high levels of customer success and satisfaction.
  • Grow and develop high-performance teams through hiring, technical skilling plans, and coaching managers to ensure a future-proof organization.
  • Drive usage growth of workloads through Customer Success Excellence, reducing competitive threat.
  • Embrace a culture of operational excellence, including timely consumption/utilization opportunity management, Scrum, and high-quality reporting and insights.
Requirements:
  • Thought leader with great executive presence, including the ability to engage CxO and BDM level discussions, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams.
  • People Management Experience, beneficial is a Manager of Manager background.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills, and drive for results.
  • Escalation Management – Crisis Management Experience.
  • Demonstrated Technical leadership through prior technical coaching/leadership roles.
  • Engineering, technical sales, consultative delivery management experience or equivalent.
  • Strong technical understanding of Applications & Infrastructure Enterprise cloud workloads.
  • Ability to stay up to date on new/improved Azure scenarios and workloads.
