About the Role

The Business Intelligence Manager EMEA will play a key role in driving commercial excellence initiatives, tools, and reports within the Region EMEA. This includes supporting the transformation of the current sales process towards a data-driven approach, leveraging data to gain a competitive edge, and optimizing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and providing reports and insights in an easy-to-digest format, contributing to the development of the organization's data strategy and BI roadmap, and identifying opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide reports and insights in an easy-to-digest format
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's data strategy and BI roadmap
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance BI capabilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Select and inform on a core set of KPI and business development indicators
  • Work on sales performance and customer success insights to drive action
  • Develop standardized and automated reports on core strategic projects and promotional campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong experience within commercial excellence, project management, and sales process transformation
  • 5+ years of experience within commercial excellence, sales, and/or business development
  • Strong experience with ETL software's and dashboarding tools
  • Track record in achieving challenging results
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travelling
