Business Development Manager EMEA

Delta Energy Systems is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager EMEA to lead the growth of our VTSCADA business in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-growth strategy plan for VTSCADA in EMEA, driving business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a high-growth strategy plan for VTSCADA in EMEA
  • Drive business expansion and revenue growth through direct customer development and channel partner strengthening
  • Coach and train other sales teams to achieve and exceed annual budget targets
  • Promote VTSCADA in conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events
  • Collaborate with wider Delta organizations to drive VTSCADA business growth
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of the SCADA market in Europe
  • Excellent competencies in sales, business development, and account management
  • Track record of SCADA business performance and sales experience in Europe
  • Leadership skills with good interpersonal and communication skills, including intercultural understanding
  • Good organizational, planning, analytical, and presentation skills
