Salary Information
We offer an attractive remuneration package, estimated to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a dedicated budget for education programs and conferences. As a member of our dynamic team, you will enjoy flexible work hours and a home office policy that focuses on people's well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to key marketing and sales efforts, including company presentations, technical flyers, and marketing activities
- Act as a primary point-of-contact for potential customers
- Arrange meetings with clients and prospects using various methods
- Maintain timely client feedback and engagement, including after-sales support
- Promote the company's services addressing clients' objectives
- Identify and develop new services and business opportunities through market research, networking, competitor analysis, and industry events
- Analyze marketing and sales data and provide reports and interpretations based on these in a timely manner
- Establish a smooth status reporting process and develop our CRM system
- Creation, development, and maintenance of internal databases
- Collaborate with the scientific and sales teams on business development and sales strategies and campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a scientific or related technical field is preferred
- Demonstrated successful career path in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales with a minimum combined experience of 3 years
- Proven experience in market analysis and managing business growth
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot or equivalent) and associated database management and analysis tools
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; German is a plus
- Problem-solving, precision, attention to detail, teamwork attitude, and flexibility to operate in a rapidly changing environment
