Global Sales Support Team Member

Aveva, a global leader in industrial software, is seeking a skilled professional to join its Global Sales Support Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success while contributing to the growth and development of the Field Sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations role, with expertise in software quotes and orders, particularly with subscription products. Proficiency in CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and CPQ, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the Field Sales organization via phone, email, and web channels.
- Support includes but is not limited to: Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data and contract management.
- Quality assurance support for sales processes and tools.
- Create training content to support sales processes and tools.
- Develop business acumen by working with Field Sales to understand how they utilize systems to solve business challenges.
- Collaborate with different Aveva departments to deliver and improve service to Account Managers.
- Help define and maintain sales processes and data governance.
- Grow technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in Salesforce, including CPQ, sales methodologies, sales business intelligence, and content management systems.
- Work on other projects relevant to the Sales Support Team.
