Job Description:

    As a Commercial Channel Sales Liaison Specialist at Johnson Controls, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Channel Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support to our sales representatives and customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

    Sales Support Responsibilities:

  •       Manage correspondence between the sales team and their clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.

  •       Provide timely troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and other relevant problems, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.

  •       Order booking validation tasks involve verifying order details against terms and conditions, ensuring all necessary information is accurate, including delivery dates and billing methods.

  •       Contribute to sales process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  •       Maintain accurate records of sales targets and provide valuable insights to the sales team, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  •       Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

  •       Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information to ensure the team stays informed and aligned with business objectives.

  •       Suggest sales process improvements and automate tasks where possible to increase productivity and efficiency.

  •       Keep up-to-date records of sales trends and stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance.

  •       Perform other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as required by the business.

    Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:

  •       Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales activities.

  •       Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.

  •       Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interactions with colleagues to build trust and rapport.

    Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
