Consumer Roll Out Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as a Consumer Roll Out Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of digital consumer solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
- Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users.
- Translate Business needs into simple Solutions.
- Analyze the feasibility of business requests in the context of the standard application solution and the impact of this requirement on the GRM.
- Coordinate and conduct the application testing in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.
- Design of business processes, configuration and configuration coordination from external parties, unit testing, definition and roll-out of standards and templates.
- University degree in Computer Science or similar.
- 4 years of working experience on new technology trends, including Cloud SAAS solutions, e-commerce, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft O365 Platform, Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience in data integration technologies, Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis, solutions design and architecture.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in CRM solutions would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to connect easily and efficiently with the members of the international virtual IT teams and Markets.
- Analytical & Detail oriented.
- Ability to work autonomously.
