Consumer Roll Out Manager

At JTI, we're looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as Consumer Roll Out Manager. This role is responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of digital consumer solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.
  • Act as a liaison between Market functions and IT delivery teams, coordinating other IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Guarantee IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • 4 years of working experience with cloud SAAS solutions, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong experience in data integration technologies, business analysis, and solutions design and architecture.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools and CRM solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to connect easily and efficiently with the members of the international virtual IT teams and Markets.
