Job Title: Consumer Roll Out Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Roll Out Manager to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of digital consumer solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations, and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users.
  • Coordinate and conduct the application testing (new support packages, releases, functionality, and customizing) in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.
  • Participate in project teams and contribute to the design of business processes, configuration coordination, and documentation.
  • Ensure transfer of knowledge/expertise from external consultants.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Fluent English.
  • 4 years of working experience on new technology trends: Cloud SAAS solutions, e-commerce, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft O365 Platform, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong experience in data integration technologies, Business Analysis, and Business requirements analysis.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools and CRM solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to connect easily and efficiently with the members of the international virtual IT teams and Markets.
