About the Role:

JTI - Japan Tobacco International is seeking an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as Consumer Roll Out Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.
  • Be a Partner & Consultant, translating Business needs into simple Solutions.
  • Change management: Analyze the requests coming from the demand funnel, assessing feasibility in the context of the standard application solution and the impact on the GRM (global versus local).
  • Coordinate and conduct application testing (new support packages, releases, functionality, and customizing) in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.
  • Project Management: Design business processes, configuration and coordination of configuration from external parties, unit testing, maintain appropriate documentation, define and roll out standards and templates, potentially participate in training the business community (key users), ensure transfer of knowledge/expertise from external consultants.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Fluent English.
  • 4 years of working experience on the following new technology trends: Cloud SAAS solutions, e-commerce, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft O365 Platform, Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure, New generation Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Strong experience in data integration technologies, experience in Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis, experience in solutions design and architecture, including application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability.
  • Supplier management, proven experience with Microsoft Office tools, experience in CRM solutions would be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ability to connect easily and efficiently with the members of the international virtual IT teams and Markets, analytical & detail-oriented, ability to work autonomously.
