About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as Consumer Roll Out Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise on Digital Consumers processes and solutions, ensuring final users' adoption.
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.
  • Analyze requests from the demand funnel in relation to new projects/major enhancements, assessing feasibility and impact on the global versus local context.
  • Coordinate and conduct application testing in cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.
  • Be part of the project team and perform the following tasks: Design business processes, coordinate configuration from external parties, maintain appropriate documentation, define and roll-out standards and templates, and potentially participate in training the business community.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Fluent English
  • 4 years of working experience on the following new technology trends: Cloud SAAS solutions, e-commerce: WordPress, Adobe, Magento, Google Analytics, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft O365 Platform (SharePoint, Office, Teams, etc)
