We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for consumer electronics in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sell-through and sell-out performance for assigned customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Oversee sales KPIs, including revenue, profit, and market share, to ensure optimal business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and growth initiatives with key customers and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with major retailers in Spain, such as ECI/MM.
- Knowledge of wearable technology is a plus.
- Strong sell-out driven mentality, with excellent time management, organization, and project prioritization skills.
Fluent English and Spanish language skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
