Job Title: Revenue Optimization Director - Europe
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Revenue Optimization Director to lead our revenue growth efforts across Europe. This pivotal role will focus on building and maintaining key partnerships with top publishers, developing a high-performing team, and driving innovative monetization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publisher Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and scale relationships with top-tier publishers, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and mutual revenue growth.
- Onboarding and Integration Management: Manage and oversee the full onboarding process of new publishers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial conversation through integration and launch.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing monetization team fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monetization Strategy and Campaign Profitability: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize the profitability of both CPI and CPE campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and user engagement, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience
