Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative with a strong background in German-speaking tech markets to join our team.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for various clients in the DACH region
- Develop and execute effective GTM strategies based on different ICPs and German-speaking markets
- Utilize hunter's mentality and strong eagerness to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) roles
- Familiarity with different systems to prospect effectively
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Average salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Performance-based kickbacks tied to meeting targets
- Comfortable working as a freelancer with monthly invoicing
