This is a full-cycle sales position where you will manage the process from initial contact to contract signing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire sales process: from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Researching and identifying potential clients in the French Market.
  • Executing outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Presenting the solution to key stakeholders such as C-level executives, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers.
  • Leading live demos of the platform to qualified prospects.
  • Negotiating deals and guiding clients from demo to contract signature.
  • Forecasting sales revenue, ensuring full visibility of your sales pipeline.

You will be working closely with SDRs and the sales team to improve the sales process through feedback and collaborate with the Head of Sales to define and achieve Quarterly and Annual OKRs. A strong appetite for challenges, a goal-driven attitude, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Native-level French with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
  • A proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.

Additionally, previous experience in SaaS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-up environments would be considered a bonus point.
