Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the French Market. As an Inside Sales Account Manager for SMB, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Configure, price, negotiate, and quote sales solutions to clients.
  • Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support to clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Lenovo's portfolio of products and services to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular business reviews to identify opportunities and risks, and develop action plans to address them.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful Inside Sales experience.
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Native/Fluent French and business English, with any additional European language a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
