The Customer Renewals Center is central to our success, with our people and culture driving growth. We're seeking a skilled Renewal Strategy Manager to lead the successful execution of renewal strategies, develop rock solid leads, and drive incremental cloud revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end renewal overconsumption support
  • Maintain knowledge of entitlement metrics, contract entitlement specifics, and the SAP product portfolio
  • Navigate across functional areas and regions using internal SAP networks

Requirements:

  • Experience in business operations with strong relationship and communication skills
  • Cloud subscription contract management experience

In this role, you'll work closely with the field to execute transactional steps related to overconsumption lead execution. You'll leverage your knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions to assist customers in understanding usage entitlements.

With a competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, you'll be empowered to succeed as a subject matter expert in contract and usage management principles that are key to SAP's growth. Don't miss out on this opportunity to build a culture of success with us
