Job Overview

The Customer Renewals Executive will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads and collaborating with the field team to execute renewal strategies. This role involves analyzing customer usage data, developing reliable insights, and creating actionable plans to drive incremental revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end renewal support, maintain knowledge of entitlement metrics, and contract specifics.
  • Leverage internal networks to navigate across functional areas and regions.
  • Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions.
  • Understand and support methods to assist customers in understanding usage entitlements.
  • Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
