- Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify, evaluate, and coordinate potential acquisition targets that align with our strategic objectives.
- Investments and Divestments: Evaluate and recommend investments in new ventures, technologies, or markets that offer strategic growth opportunities.
- Financial Oversight: Work closely with our finance team to assess the financial impact of potential deals and strategic initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
