Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading processes related to sales compensation, including target setting, achievement, and incentive design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance existing processes, encompassing target setting, achievements, sales incentive design, SPIFF programs, and more.
- Assume the role of the foremost proponent for the Compensation Plan Strategy within the EMEA region, making recommendations for compensation plan designs, gathering feedback from commercial teams, influencing key stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and ensuring alignment with global policies while optimizing incentive plans.
- Own the Quarterly Target Setting and Achievement processes, ensuring that every eligible individual within the Region has accurate and timely Targets and Achievements.
- Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process for EMEA, managing communication both within and outside of the team.
- Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into the requirements of the commercial teams and implement actions and processes that align with their business objectives.
- Build strong connections with other teams to ensure we receive the necessary support and access to suitable development tools, enabling us to efficiently drive our processes.
Requirements:
- Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
- Advanced Analytical skills (Advance Excel mandatory).
- Expertise in Sales Compensation processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- You are comfortable with data analysis and are able to identify and flag statistical trends to bring added value.
- You pay attention to details and are well-organized.
- You are a quick learner that thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Fluent English.
