Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing existing processes related to sales compensation, including target setting, achievements, sales incentive design, and SPIFF programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to gather feedback and insights on compensation plans and make recommendations for improvement.
- Design and drive the quarterly target setting and achievement processes, ensuring timely and accurate targets for all eligible individuals in the EMEA region.
- Manage communication and scheduling processes for EMEA, ensuring seamless collaboration within and outside the team.
- Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into commercial team requirements and implement processes that align with business objectives.
- Build strong connections with other teams to ensure access to suitable development tools and support for efficient process execution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, including training materials and public confluence spaces, to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Business sense and analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills and expertise in sales compensation processes.
- Experience with Salesforce and analytical tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and bring added value to the team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English.
