Job Title: Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading processes and designing compensation plans that drive sales performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance existing processes, including Target Setting, Achievements, Sales incentive design, SPIFF programs, and more.
  • Assume the role of the foremost proponent for the Compensation Plan Strategy within the EMEA region, making recommendations for compensation plan designs and gathering feedback from commercial teams.
  • Own the Quarterly Target Setting and Achievement processes, ensuring that every eligible individual within the Region has accurate and timely Targets and Achievements.
  • Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process for EMEA, managing communication both within and outside of the team.
  • Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into the requirements of the commercial teams and implement actions and processes that align with their business objectives.
  • Build strong connections with other teams to ensure we receive the necessary support and access to suitable development tools, enabling us to efficiently drive our processes.
  • Develop and maintain our public confluence space, combining Sales Operations knowledge with other relevant contents.

Requirements:

  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
  • Advanced Analytical skills (Advance Excel mandatory).
  • Expertise in Sales Compensation processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
