About the Role

This exciting opportunity is with Criteo, a forward-thinking company that values diversity and inclusion. As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the compensation strategy for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance existing processes, including target setting, achievements, sales incentive design, and SPIFF programs.
  • Develop and implement compensation plan designs, gathering feedback from commercial teams and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Own the quarterly target setting and achievement processes, ensuring accurate and timely targets for eligible individuals in the region.
  • Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process for EMEA, managing communication within and outside the team.
  • Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into commercial team requirements and implement processes that align with business objectives.
  • Build strong connections with other teams to access development tools and drive process efficiency.
  • Identify areas for education and design training materials to improve process quality.
  • Develop and maintain the Regional Sales Operations EMEA knowledge management base.
Requirements
  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with expertise in sales compensation processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Fluent English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
